Maggie’s in Memorial is a catering service providing fresh and interesting cuisine to clients in the Houston area. The outstanding food and personalized service are the foundation on which this company has been established and its reputation continues to grow. We pride ourselves in accommodating any of our client’s culinary needs. Some of the jobs undertaken have been as an in-home personal chef, picnics, lunches, just desserts, cooking classes, catering for 2 to 200. We have tailor made menus of different cuisines, such as, Indian, French, Mediterranean, Caribbean food.  We love the challenge of designing a menu specific to your special occasion. ABOUT THE CHEF
Margaret Chenier was trained in Classic French Cuisine at Le Cordon Bleu, London. Family commitments and travel were the main factors in deciding to become a Personal Chef and caterer. A profession in the food industry has allowed her to live in different locations, set her own time table and still pursue her craft. She has worked in many homes and has done many catering events for clients in Norway, London, Boston, and now, Houston. In her spare time, Margaret enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, gardening and flower arranging. She continues to keep abreast of food trends and has taken many refresher courses to better serve her clients.
